"We started our Journey of trying to find a Doctor for my daughter’s procedure. We spoke to various doctors. But I must say Christina’s (office manager) voice was very comforting and reassuring. Finally, I felt we were on the right track. Then we had a face time call with Dr. Salloum...who was informative and quite knowledgeable about the procedure. I was at ease..I then met the registered nurse and the anesthesiologist. They also took the time to further explain what would happen during operation. The receptionist as well was very informative throughout the surgery. I knew my daughter was in the right hands with a superb doctor along with a Medical staff of true professionals. Hours later, I was able to see my daughter. She was a happy camper...Dr. Salloum went above and beyond to give her exactly what she wanted. As a parent, I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my Laura. You took the time to call her afterwards and follow up with her continuously. I must express that during the follow up appointment with Dr. Salloum, I finally saw Laura smile with such happiness. I knew then that our journey was truly successful. Erica thanks for being such a caring person and for always being so reassuring and to the rest of the staff I’m grateful for such a positive experience. Honestly, I can’t say anything negative!!!
