"Unorganized and give out wrong info. Was told they dont accept insurance and after my insurance company resolved the issue and they scheduled my appointment, I arrived only to beinformed for the second time that they do not accept insurance and has to get the office manager and Humana involved."

"Subpar service. I required an X-ray of the foot. Facility had nothing to offer (crutches, wheel chair, etc.). The person who attended the call was kind enough to inform they had elevators to assist...yea....I know... Should have been enough to deter me but was in plenty of pain and wanted to know if something was broken or not and was the closest/open diagnostic center. It is 4 days later and my results are still not in despite being told they were placing a "Stat" on the readings so I could have them by last week Friday. So - 5 days with an unknown injury to my foot. No one has bothered to call. My doctor has also not received anything. Seems pointless to go to this place if results is something you seek. If ever in the same situation I will sooner sit 5 hours in a hospital/urgent care than visit this diagnostic center and will be sure to recommend anyone I know to stay away. The nicest part of the visit was the X-ray tech who was friendly and kind."

"After my first experience here, I cannot imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. First of all, the staff is so unbelievably attentive and helpful. When I spoke to Malavy and told her the situation we were in having to get a chest X-ray done immediately, she was so accommodating. Her pleasant and caring attitude made us feel totally taken care. We even had a delay due to a lengthy doctor’s appointment and she helped us reschedule in time to get the test and report to the next doctor. Secondly, upon arriving at the office we were greeted with a staff that at once was so welcoming and kind that the ordeal of dealing with a difficult medical situation was so much more pleasant. Lastly, we were in and out in a remarkably short time. I cannot say enough about this wonderful business. We are so grateful for all of their help and beyond outstanding service!"

"I didn’t want to go there after I saw previous reviews. That’s why I was surprised how sweet the staff there actually was. I confused some of my papers, they were very helpful, I waited 15-20 minutes without appointment. While I was waiting I witnessed them helping other patients with various issues. I had no problems at all"
