"I called ahead and the extremely friendly representative texted me a ten dollar coupon. BG Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressured to add extra items to the bill. Jesus showed me my clean air filter and the fresh oil on the dip stick. David even signed and dated the oil filter per my request to ensure the next oil change gets a new filter (I have had problems with other companies not changing the filter) I was thoroughly satisfied and the whole process only took 15 minutes."
"We took our car here for an oil change at it was super easy and convenient. You just pull in, they change the oil, take your payment and then you leave. They will try and sell you on things you need like wipers, or new filters but it’s nothing absurd and you for sure don’t feel pressured into it. I’m very happy. I’ll be coming here for my oil changes from here on out."
"I recommend gauging how many cars they have waiting before pulling in because once you pull in, there’s no way to leave and I was stuck because there was a car behind me. I waited almost 40 minutes just to tell them that I had to leave to go back to work . Knowing that they’re going to spend 15-20 per car, I would have just backed out and I couldn’t do that since the only exit accessible is when you leave after getting a service done."
"The staff is amazing. I would give them five stars. This business not so much I am done coming here. When I drive past this place, I was proud that on Veterans Day. They did give their veterans and active duty military fifty percent off oil changes. I own 2 vehicles a truck and a car. They weren't able to give my truck oil changes because of the type and manufacturer. And they used to give me 50% off on Veterans Day. Showed a coupon for 2020 and 2021 for 50% off on Veterans Day. I have veterans on my Driver's license. And they weren't able to give me more than 20% off this oil change. If I known this before hand, I would've never gone to this place! Take five gives 25%every day For Veterans Because I didn't have an active email address in the system."
