"This is the first experience at a PDQ where I felt they did not live up to the “People Dedicated to Quality” name at all. We picked up food through the drive-thru and the first indication something was wrong was the fries we received were not the usual crispy waffle fries, but some greasy, noodley diner style fries. Then biting into the chicken, it was undercooked and dripping clear liquid. This was absolutely disgusting food, and we tossed it and went to a Zaxby’s nearby. One of the strangest visits to a PDQ, and the staff just acted like everything was normal—not telling us before hand about any food changes. The restaurant was not busy at the time we went either."

"My wife and I stopped in for lunch after church. Service was good and food was good. Loved the chicken sandwich and fries. Very clean place but the way they call your food needs to change. Wasn't very busy and I thought they called my name to come pickup my order. I got it then sat at the table, found out it was somebody else's order. The need to go to like a number system are simply speak clearly. But I also blame myself because I should have asked to make sure."

"First time trying them and the chicken strips were so good. Some of the best I have had. We got the medium family meal and would have done the small for our family of 6. The salad was great and fresh and fries were crispy. I usually do not like waffle fries but I liked theirs. The staff was so nice. Highly recommend!!!"

"A pretty good location for the most part. The chicken overall tasted good, but my sandwich was definitely lacking some breading compared to my bf's nuggets which were coated very well. I also felt that the piece of lettuce they gave me was a bit obnoxious and that it would've helped to cut it into smaller pieces. The service was also a bit on the slower side despite it being lunch when we went. However, I will chalk all of this up to the location being new and only open for a week. I'm sure over time the location will get it's groove. Overall I'm just happy there's finally a PDQ near me!"
