"This Taco Bell operates Mobile order only in the drive through. The dining room is never open (according to other reviews). Here's my experience with this location: - No sauce given (was added in mobile order) -No fork in bag for cheesy fiesta potatoes -Requested a burrito to be grilled, it wasn't. -Drink was filled to the brim with ice, leaving a measly amount of actual soft drink. -Cinnamon Twists had THREE, THREE twists in the entire bag. Pathetic. I wouldn't be harsh if only one, or even 2 of the above things occurred, however, for ALL of this to happen in one order, simply means the workers don't care. Avoid."

"Showed up at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday. The doors were locked, and no one was inside. Other times I have been here in the past, the food was ultimately fine, but took 30-45 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Taco Bell in the area if that’s what you really want."

"It’s Saturday night, says they are open until 1am. Mobile orders going through. But when I went to pick up my mobile order at 10pm, I was told they were closed. Meanwhile a large group of teenagers were hanging out inside, all with food and drinks. When I asked for a number to call, they all said they didn’t know because they don’t work there. What is going on?!"

"This is a new Taco Bell location that is designed to be primarily a take out restaurant with minimal staff and fairly limited seating. Ordering inside is by kiosk only and the drive through is split into two lanes: one for mobile order pickups and one for ordering. The design seems well intentioned, but months after opening they still seem to be having some operational issues. I placed an order online and there was a lot of confusion about which order was mine and what was in it. All said and done from placing my order to getting my food was nearly 30 minutes. In the end the order was correct and the food was fine, but I will likely consider other locations in the future."

"Food was okay. One of my Chalupas had some old pieces of lettuce in it. Besides that, they were neatly made, and the young man that gave me my drinks made the service pleasant because he was so friendly and courteous."
