"Bought 8 spark plugs last night for $135, went home, didn't wind up needing them so they were never even removed from the bag they were in. Went back today to return them, employee opened the first box and everything was fine, opened the second box and they were all used and black with carbon. So now I'm out 135 for spark plugs that are no good anyways all because a different employee didn't do their job and check them and let someone else return them, on top of the embarrassment of the employees thinking I was trying to scam them. Will NEVER shop here again."
"I visited the store mid-day 09June18, in search of a driving wheel cover.. the dude was... Unresponsive! Always intended to return, & @ 430pm today, I worked with Chris, a fellow Military Veteran & 2 yrs with AAP. He instinctively KNEW what I needed, and OUT the door to see if it fits, we went! I got a super supreme wheel cover for under $18 This is the type of Customer Service I have come to expect from Advance Auto Parts."
