"I have called FOUR times to set up an appointment for my son. The first time they had to talk to their billing department to see if they will take my insurance. They never called back. The second time, they said they haven't even started to look to see if they accepted my insurance but it should be okay and requested a referral. The third time they said they didn't receive a referral and ask me to resend the referral back to the same fax number it was sent to before. I told them I can have a referral sent over in 5 minutes if they will wait on the line to confirm they received it. They said they don't have time to wait on the phone. I told them there was a physician sitting right next to me who can give a referral this minute but they won't accept referral from anyone else. It was sent a second time and I called back a fourth time and they said they have never received it and recommended sending it again a third time or basically leave them alone. Find someone else is my recommendation."
