"My daughter had a baby & was supposed to be released from the hospital around 3pm today by Dr Nova. It is 8pm now & she's STILL waiting. The nurses have been trying to get ahold of him since 3pm. He also did this with the birth of her son 4 yrs ago. That time she waited almost all night for him to release her. He finally showed up at 3am!!!! He saw his last patient today at 5pm. Where is he? He won't answer his phone & his voice mail is full! This is EXTREMELY unprofessional & ridiculous!!!! No excuse!!!"

"He is very busy. And has a big heart. He sacrifices a lot and puts his clients first. He stretches himself to thin though and is very unappreciated and taken for granted.yes the wait time for appointments are long and yes sometimes very brief but he made sure me and my baby had a wonderful delivery and I am forever grateful for him."

"For my son Dr. Nova was great. Keep in mind my done is 7yrs old at the moment. Everything with the birth of my son was great. The nurses he had at the time were amazing. But this was back when he was by Capital Health plan Emergency room. After going back to him this year the experience was completely different. I went to Dr. Nova for my annual check up. Which a student preform. It wasn’t bad at all the student did a great job & made me feel really comfortable. But the nurses he has now hired are completely unprofessional. The bathroom was Disgusting & a nurse was the one who informed me of it not being clean. The wait time has always been a issue with him & it’s more so due to lack of communication. Dr. Nova doesn’t come in until around 10:30 each day but will have you scheduled to come in at 9 to see him knowing he will not be in office until a hour later! He’s appearance & body older has always been a bit unsatisfying. But over there years his practice has definitely went down hill. I will not be returning to him for anymore services!"
