"1st Choice installed our fabric hurricane shutters today. Work: Bob Jones and Preston Kelley were the installation technicians. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I never saw them standing around doing nothing or getting distracted. After the work was complete, they were happy to show me how to put up both types of shutters that they installed (some of our hurricane fabric was installed with a track due to a particular window being so wide). They left us plenty of extra hurricane screws and caps. Everything was organized and neat, including their paperwork. They seemed knowledgeable in explaining what they were doing, and they even kindly pointed out to me where some of our house's exterior brick needs calked from the house's shifting. Price/Value: The price was agreeable, and the hurricane fabric is sourced from a company who makes it here in Pensacola! This is the kind of work and professionalism I would expect from a well-run business. In the process of ordering and obtaining the shutters, I have had the same professional and friendly experience with five other 1st Choice employees. I would certainly consider using 1st Choice for further home improvements of any kind."

"We had them do several things on our home from glassing in our screened porch to installing more hurricane protection and are extremely satisfied with the results. Everyone we dealt with during this process was nice and very helpful. Two young men, Preston and Bob, did the work and they were excellent and very proficient in their work. The porch they remodeled from screen to windows is amazing. We also had a new hurricane rated garage door and new front porch supports replaced and wrapped in vinyl."

"I will try to make this as short as possible. I got a quote from first choice which was the lowest in Pensacola I called several companies and most of them word twice the price. They also kept my windows for me. I had a father and son show up to do my windows and they got to work right away didn't stop just kept going one of my windows that they were installing it started raining and the father stayed outside to finish what he had to do they left my house cleaned up and I could not have asked for a better company to do my windows they were honest friendly and again the best price I've gotten from any other company here in Pensacola.
