"My wife and I we're on our way back from Lakeland with a brand new puppy and we had a tire blowout on i-75 and we did not have a spare. I called this store and they had the exact same tire and size in stock for my Cadillac Escalade. I am an ASE Master technician and my wife is a service manager at a local Ford dealership. "I called this location on Wesley Chapel Blvd after having my truck fixed at another repair shop that did not fix my truck correctly. I spoke to Scott and he was wonderful. After explaining what was wrong with my truck he told me to bring it in and drop it off and they would give me an estimate upon arriving to the shop. I met the general manager James they assured me that they would take care of my truck and get it straightened out. After inspecting my truck, they figured out what was wrong with it and two days later I was picking it up. I can’t believe what an amazing job they did on my truck. I’m able to drive my truck and feel safe that it’s completely fixed. I would recommend this Good Year location on Wesley Chapel Boulevard. The staff are amazing. The place is clean and they know what they’re doing when it comes to fixing your vehicle. Kudos to the team at Good Year."
