"Edd and jay were a blessing and a half when I pulled up to tire kingdom. I had popped a tire on my way to work and didn’t have a spare and I was in and out in less then 45 minutes with a brand new tire after not even letting them know I was coming! Will definitely be coming back whenever I need some new tires. Thank you guys"

"Ed is awesome! I get tired of going to shops and they come out with a list of things that need to be done to my vehicle. With that being said, I appreciate it when the things are actually valid. He brought to my attention that not only my flat tire had a cut up, but all four of my tires somehow did. He even held onto them for me for a few days just in case there was a warranty option. he’s a super nice guy and felt more like a friend than a sales representative. This is my new home for tires and service."

"Every time I come to Tire Kingdom, they always take such good care of my car. They explain everything clearly, communicate along the way and let me know if upon inspection they find any other issues. Even if there are other things that they find that need to be addressed, I never feel pressured- it feels more like an old family friend letting me know what's best for my car. With their help, my last car gave me 292,000 reliable and comfortable miles. And now, this car will do the same. Even though it's a large company, and I'm sure they deal with thousands of cars each year, somehow the employees at this location make you feel like you and your car matter to them each and every time. In 34 yrs of driving I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, and at Bruce B Downs TIre Kingdom they are the very best!"

"This place is amazing but mostly the employee ED was amazing! He saved mine and my kids night! I was on the way home from a trip in Orlando, tired kids and a trunk full of stuff. My tire light came on and I knew that something was wrong. Pulled off into the target parking lot to hear my tire loosing a ton of air. I drove it straight to tire kingdom and figured someone can pick us up and I’ll just leave it over night since they were closed. Both kids crying because they were tired and hungry and waiting on my ride to my surprise ED was still closing up the shop. He walked out to his car and saw me sitting there and knocked on my window and asked if I needed help before he left. He offered to change my flat into my spare to at least get me home. He was so gracious. Changed my tire to my spare and thank gosh he was there because my spare was flat! He pumped it up and we were in our way. He definitely could have ignored us and drove home because his shift was over but instead was so kind to stop and help us! He took my name and number down so I could keep the tire there and come back the next day! Thank you ED! Tire kingdom is so lucky to have such an awesome human being!"

"I recently visited this Tire Kingdom (Mavis) location and was disappointed by their pricing tactics. They seem to be offering "discounted" prices in return for 5-star reviews, yet their rates are still higher than average. I was told the price was $147 for an oil change and tire rotation after the service was already done. I wish I had asked for the price ahead of time. Instead, I assumed this was the same reputable business after they were purchased by Mavis. My mistake. I've previously paid $80/90 at the same location during previous services. After voicing my concern, the manager reduced the price to $125, contingent on me leaving a positive review. While I was waiting, several other customers were given the same offer, which explains the recent influx of 5-star ratings. I advise customers to inquire about pricing upfront or avoid this location entirely."
