"So I noticed a couple oil stains on my driveway (see attached) today and crawled under my truck and saw oil drops on the oil filter and plug. I called store and took the truck in and they said the oil filter was loose and the technician who serviced my truck before forgot to put a gasket on the oil plug. I have 2000 miles to go before next oil change and was initially told that I would need an oil change in order to put the gasket on the plug. Reluctantly I pressured them to just pop the plug and put the gasket on. So I was initially down a half a quart and they lost a quart putting the plug gasket on. Fours stars for the lady tech today but deduct one star for the previous tech who didn’t do the job right the first time. QA is lacking."
