"BEWARE- This company practices deceit even during major hurricane disaster and COVID. Planning to attend my stepson’s wedding in November and booked a property on the beach with this company through VRBO. Before making my final payment I asked if any damages to the property or surrounding area so I could make the right decision if we wanted to cancel and rebook at another location. They assured me in writing that all was ok with the house and beaches were ok and utilities open and Roads were clear and open. Trusting Hannah who told me this I went ahead and paid the balance. The next day I hear from my future daughter in law that the main bridge connecting the beach with downtown is closed and it can take up to 2 hrs to get there. They had several events planned in the beach which they have moved. This company could have if kept my $1200 deposit anyway If I cancelled... I get that. But instead Lied and tricked me into paying the entire balance so if I need to cancel it will cost almost $2400. I guess we just cross our fingers and hope we won’t have to travel 4 hrs round trip each day for the wedding. I consider this unethical and shameful deceitful business practices. Avoid booking with this company!"

"Les, David, and Jackie are great to work with. This team gets things done. I've been with two other rental/management companies on Pensacola Beach and they are by far heads and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend this team. Using their services, in managing your properties, will be the best decission you make. Example, last Saturday my sliding shower door shattered. I'm in Chicago when this happen. I called the office Saturday at 8:00am and left a voice message. At 9:05am I received a call from the maintenance man, John. I told him I already placed the order thru Home Depot and he could pick it up at any time. Home Depot gave him a bad door. He spent the next 8 hours calling other Home Depots in the area until he was able to locate the right door. Once he had it, the door was in by 9:00am Sunday. I know he spent over 8 hours on this. Les and John billed me for 4 hours. They started managing my unit about three weeks ago. Les has already booked over 21 days. None of these day are doing the peak vacation season. Their the best."
