"For the amount we paid to stay one night, hot water for showering should have been provided at a minimum. They informed us that their boiler was broken but they were working on fixing it. The room we stayed smelled musty and smelled like they had dogs in the room. I rate them a 1 Star because the front desk people were nice and friendly."

"Location was fantastic and the beach access is worth it. Unfortunately, our room couldn’t get hot water (just slightly warm, no steam) and the door to our patio was jammed. My husband got it open though. We were only there for two nights. Salt, their restaurant, was delicious!! I would go back just for the food and pool."

"The location is fantastic. The pool is beautiful and the hotel is right on the ocean. The lobby is clean and well taken care of. However, the rooms are old, dirty, and need some TLC. I cleaned my own window so I could have a better view of the ocean. A picture of their “fresh remote” is posted. I cleaned it for them before using. I also did not have hot water, just slightly warm showers. I had to take the back off the toilet after each flush to “unstuck” the chain; otherwise, it just kept running."

"A+ experience! More amenities than comparable priced hotels. My kiddos have had a blast, and seeing their faces light up made us extend our stay. The entire staff has been friendly and welcoming. We haven't had much of a reason to leave as everything needed is here or nearby. We appreciate our stay and look forward to coming back."

"Checked in on a Wednesday night, stayed through Saturday morning. At check in Kacy asked about an upgrade. I mentioned if we could get a king bed instead of 2 queens for the same price, we would take it. Kacy worked his magic and gave us a “surprise” upgrade. He escorted us to our room, not telling us what room or what upgrade we were given. He opened the door into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with full kitchen, dinning room, living room, 2 balconies, washer/dryer. We were shocked and amazed by the upgrade and thanked him several times. He was very nice and friendly. The suite was amazing with a really great view. Everyone working was very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, and spacious. An additional perk, they have a Starbucks down in the lobby so I didn’t have to stop somewhere else and get coffee/tea."
