"At 100 Avendia 23, every year (for at least the past 5 years) a large pile of palm fronds is left on the street for a few months. This time there is household garbage mixed in. The pile blows all over the street and attracts rats and snakes. No response to emails or phone calls."

"We booked P3-1208 for the Blue Angeles show and as always, we enjoyed everything about our condo and the resort. From Morgan our waitress to the fantastic one man chef to the entire staff you cannot find a better place to vacation. We are locals and still vacation here! Great job Portofino team!"

"Beautiful home but I would never book with them. Pool was filthy on arrival and had to make numerous calls to have them clean it and only had someone come shock the pool and left debris and gunk everywhere. All their pictures are misleading. They stated it would be one home and then a guest house in the back with someone already rented out. Unfortunately that was not the case through the entire day several people were showing up Claiming they rented the house out and was not told about any other renters. Very unprofessional, aggressive representatives . Will never book again."

"Would give negative stars if I could. I rented this place for the backyard space and accommodations for a small wedding reception. I spoke on the phone and asked questions about having a wedding reception and parking etc. So when me and my fiancée arrived we find out that this property was very misleading on the website. First they have this property divided into 4 different rental options. On the description states NOTHING about that until you see a sky view and realize how they divided up the properties (I'm sure to maximize revenue). Second when we got to the property we immediately noticed how green the pool was, it clearly has not been cleaned in months as well as the hottub. If I could attach pictures, I would. Third would that the wifi was troublesome (which they fixed) and when on the phone with the front desk stated that only 1 other person would be in the guest house and that the loft was under renovations. Well that would be incorrect. Someone was actually staying in the pool house as well the loft (which we found out later on was suppose to have the main house but was bumped to the loft because we rented it first). Fast forward to our reception where we had verbal acceptance from the other tenants and the island premier rental property called the police due to a "noise complaint from other tenants". Which is false since we spoke to all the tenants. What really happened was a tenant wanted their money back due to false advertisement and the fact that the pool was disgusting. But we were the scapegoats and were forced to shut down. So all in all a terrible experience and we wished we would've stuck with Air BNB. To anyone wanting to rent, please get all conversations in writing and ask a billion questions. P.s. to Heather and Samantha at Premier Island I want to wish you ladies nothing but misery for the rest of your lives."

"We stayed in one of their properties that they manage. They had the house label as High Life. It was an expensive house to rent for the week, however, we thought we would get what we paid for. We wanted a nice house and thought that was what we would get for the price we paid.This was not the case. We over paid for a house that was dirty, had piles of garbage and debris in the yard. In the bottom of the pool was a condom. The sectional sofa was very worn and recliners damaged. Cardboard boxes with junk in them, in the main living area. The stove top cracked and very dirty. The hide away bed, which we needed, was a joke. The tile around the pool was broken, the waterfall feature of the pool looked like it could fall apart at any moment. A pool pipe burst the first night there, which made the pool unable to be used for most of our stay there. We tried to handle all of these problems with management, however, we would get no call back. I felt bad for the receptionist that has to block all these phone calls from management. After several calls and leaving messages, Julia called me back. She listened to my concerns and said she would call me back. This call back has not happened so now I am leaving this review. This house has been used as a party house and that is not what we paid for. The only good thing about the house was the location to the beach."
