Palm Harbor Inn

"This is not a perfect place, it is a hotel, and people live here full-time. Hotels are not meant to be lived in like this. It taxes mental health and causes stress. We are a community here and mostly get along, we try to solve issues with each other, together. They are trying to renovate the rooms to be more accommodating for living day-to-day life. Management is trying to get to the issues each person has and improve the empty rooms. It seems hard to get staff to stay, I do not know if fired or quitting. I do know that they are trying to get rid of the leaks, bugs, and people that cause issues. In any place, where people live they move and take bugs with them. So if someone moves here with bugs they will spread. Common sense... well you'd think anyway. I am writing this long review because, this place is not bad, not great either. I am not a drug addict or a criminal of any sort. A previous review has stated that everyone here is a thief, criminal, and drug addict. There are families here and the kids play outside most days, it's hot so not as much with the sun fully out. I don't want it to be avoided by someone trying to find a good, fairly safe place for their family bc of someone being upset that they were not able to stay. I also really don't want people to think they can come here and have addicts all over."

"Do not stay here. Workers on drugs. They steal. Roaches everywhere and people staying there are drugies and x prisoners. Management are also very rude and incompetent. Owner has even let this go on. If you are a normal person stay away"

"Chris is very rude and has no clue what he's doing. The new Maintence Man goes into people's room without asking and takes things, he's also really rude. Since Chris has been working we had nothing but issues, there is black mold which has been really rough, half of the a/c's don't work and we always got sick. Chris will talk about how he does'nt like drugs, but then blows past the fact that the Maintence Man does them. They are very rude and unprofessional. Stay here at your own risk, it's that bad lol. Don't even get me started on how often the Police are here, since we have been there the longest we went without them was 3 days."

"The staff are some of the most accommodating, respectful group of people and they do everything to make sure your stay is comfortable. The transition into this place was seamless and it felt like home my first night. Thank you for all you guys do!!"

"Beth is the cleaning/ building mom. I would like to call her. She is awesome and the place is very clean and the neighbors are all very respectful. The property manager seems to be a very stand-up guy and I respect him a lot. Great place for anybody who doesn't have the money right now to have first and last and a step being stone if possible to get where you need to be. But I'm happy here for the Long haul."
