"If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. I spoke with Donna there about purchasing a condo. After I told her that I wanted to rent it for short term rentals, she told me that it wasn't allowed and that they do not want short term rentals there unless you buy into the 'rental pool'. I found out later after speaking with a title company and 2 other realtors that that's not the case and that it is allowed for the units I was looking at! I couldn't believe that they flat out lied to us and was Nasty about it. I tried calling her back and they backpeddled a little and said they pretty much didn't want me to buy at innisbrook. Stay away from the 2 ladies who work here. I'm contacting their local real estate board and filing complaints. They had zero right to mislead and lie to us and stopped us from putting in an offer for a Condo."

For a full week in the height of summer, Donna and Debbie in Innisbrook Real Estate Services helped us find the perfect condo there. They were incredibly generous with their time, unfailingly patient with our questions, and consummately professional throughout. A real estate transaction isn't that common in most people's lives, and it can be intimidating. Donna and Debbie will guide you through it every step of the way."
