"Edit* i cleaned out the pump filter myself which was impossible for him to get to without taking the back off (which he didn't do)... and theres a zero percent chance anyone did any filter cleaning the day he claimed to. Scam artists should be able to get zero stars. Showed up on time. Polite man. Paid $150. He took 30 minutes to realize it wasn't even plugged in, my husband showed him. It was unplugged due to the error code noise going off non stop. The error code cleared as usual once plugged back in after 30 min. He ran an empty load which obviously tripped no sensors, said it was dog hair in the pump filter which he cleaned out. *side note- I have 1 dog and he's not allowed on any furniture, his dog bed is a plastic type hammock that gets washed outside with the hose- so there's little to no dog hair going in my washer on clothes or otherwise. But ok as long as its working I didn't care. He left. The very 1st load tripped the same error codes. After a bunch of research, trial and error, and 2 weeks.... I finally figured out it was the water level switch, bought a new one off Amazon for $25, replaced it with no tools, and voila no more issues. This most definitely should have been figured out by the professional not the disgruntled mom needing to do laundry. Regardless. Machines are funny and I don't think people are perfect- what annoys me most is that he lied about it being dog hair, and him "fixing" it. This easily could have been a 4 star review if he was honest about not finding anything and not knowing what the problem was."
