"Panhandle Mobile RV repair saved our vacation! We pulled into our favorite state park, Grayton Beach State Park, late on Labor Day only to discover that the AC on our camper (less than a year old) was not working. We tried calling all of the recommended mobile RV repair groups on Tuesday morning. None of them ever returned our calls. I talked to the dealer and manufacturer who said the unit might just need to be replaced. After continuing my day long Google search for someone who could come out to Grayton, I had almost decided we would need to pack everything up and drive six hours back home to Louisiana. We are used to heat but we could not leave our dogs in the hot camper while off at the beach. Then I found Will from Panhandle Mobile RV repair. He arrived early the next morning and was able to get the unit running right away after diagnosing an issue with a bad part. He bypassed the switch so that we would have AC during the upper 100 heat index. He searched to find the part and returned two days later to replace it. Will was knowledgeable and skilled. Most importantly he answers his phone! He was prompt and communicated with me through every step of the repair. He even called back to make sure that everything was working well. I would highly recommend Panhandle Mobile RV if you need repairs."
