"Shout out to Crystal Pools for being a reliable pool cleaning service. I love that I receive a report each week re: activities performed and chemical levels in the pool. Keep up the great job!"
"Regular maintenance agreement for over a year. Algae bloom explosion turns pool into a swamp. Check security cam and see last week's technician did 0 chemical tests. Call company and they say they'll shock the pool and do follow up cleanings next day. Nobody shows up for the next 4 days despite us calling (never getting a call back) and emailing every day and crystal pools confirming (via email at the end of each day) they will be coming the next day. Finally somebody shows up 4 days late and dumps 2 bottles of chemicals in the pool, leaves and provides zero timeline or explanation for rest of cleaning. Avoid this company!"
"This is the best pool service we have ever used and now we have the best service person. Bobby has been incredible. He goes above and beyond the normal service requirements. When he brushes the wall tiles, he really brushes them hard and removes any accumulation. He is always in a good mood and never takes any shortcuts unlike some of the other pool services we have used.
