"I brought my car here a few months ago for some wheel bearings work, and thought it’d be covered under warranty. Well, thank goodness for Larry because he discovered that my warranty had been switched up which led me to work with my dealership to investigate what could’ve happened (an ongoing saga). Meanwhile, Larry diagnosed the issues and communicated with me often about the car, due to various circumstances, I wasn’t able to bring it in for the work until mid December, and it was such a doozy of a problem that it took longer than expected to fix. However, Larry was communicative and kind every step of the way, and when I was able to pick the car up yesterday, it sounded brand new - so quite I didn’t believe it was my car!! Thank you to Larry & the team, I know this was a pain in the butt assignment and I’m so grateful for your patience, professionalism, and great work done."
