They gave me a time to bring it in, gave me a quote and did the repairs within the timeframes agreed upon. They kept me informed on status as they progressed. So happy to find a place like this. "This is a fantastic shop Davonte went way above and beyond to help make sure that my warranty repair (Alternator) was handled. He communicated with the warranty company. I ended up getting the repair done by them for about $300 less than what Pep Boys wanted to charge. Pep Boys over there by Florida State is a rip off. They’re price gouging and holding cars hostage because they know people don’t know what to do but they didn’t pull that on me."
"I called for a quote to simply install lowering springs in my car and they quoted me nearly $1200 and said it would take 5.5 hours, when in reality it should only be 2.5-3 hours for people who call themselves professionals. I warn everyone who is thinking of hiring these scammers…"
