"The price of the tires are very reasonable and they completed the removal and placement of the new tires in a swift manner. In addition, the staff was friendly and professional. The structure of how to get the service is very confusing though. They have a garage lane for tire replacement but it's currently not being used for that. Cars were just pulling up into any open spot and received service even though we were parked waiting for assistance. We called ahead of time to see if they had the correct size, they said yes, but when we got there it was the incorrect width. I probably would not be returning just due to poor structure and organization."

"Update on project "cross thread" after attempting to remove the Brande new lug nuts from the brand new studs, just incase of a flat tire etc. Well...can't get 3 off due to crossthreading of lack of experience or pride when installed by this used tire shop...well Goodluck, hope your college kids or moms aren't getting their vehicles damaged due to their way of business. they aren't responsible for damage to your vehicle "if" "if you're getting their used tires", which I didn't, I brought brand new tires. I have brand new lugs and studs, they were the first people to touch my wheels and tires. They said to mount the tires and alignment it was $260 quoted by the son of the owner Ray. Upon the morning of them attempting to install the $1200 tires to mount on my vehicle. As they rip beads and scuff my wheels, they improperly torqued my brand new lug nuts and studs breaking two studs....wait there's more!!! After they were almost done, the stick on wheel weights were falling off before I could leave the parking lot!! So the guy that hates his life goes and Jack's my truck up again, removes two of the wheels that needed to be rebalanced. But wait there's more!! After all that mess, the son of Ray said they are not doing the alignment because the tires are to big!!! What!? So they charged me $200 for some bad mounted and out of balance install, two brand new broken studs. So they charge $50 per tire to attempt to be mounted and balanced! They have a a policy that states that they are responsible for damage to the vehicle? I didn't sign anything accepting those lack of policy that holds no weight....speaking of wait...there's more! I use to come to Ray's shop before he had multiple shops...I'd sell him used tires for years!! Today was the day, I will never do business with Ray at any of their locations again....When Ray told me today, "that's our policy" $@#^ you, I'm busy putting a motor in at the Crawfordville location, and if you want me to tell you to your face, you can come see me" I asked him is that how you want to do business with me?? His response was "I can charge you to replace the brand new studs" and then basically hanging up the phone.....that's not looking good....Btw your policy states damages from your used tires being mounted, not new customer supplied tires, with brand new lug nuts and brand new lug studs all the way around!! I suppose I'll not allow your problems to be my problem anymore. I hope the review will help people to understand, you're better off buying a new tire, used tires gas out and fall apart within 4 to 6 yrs and Department of Transportation states by law you shouldn't have tires older then 5 yrs because they deteriorate and dry out....that's what they putting on your moms car......good luck!!!!"
