"Was looking for a new gym for my son and I since we no longer have one at home with our move. He fell in love with this place so we signed up fast. Everyone is very nice, lots of great equipment, and they are very reasonable. We love it."
"My boyfriend and I visited on 10/14 around 1430. When we walked in we weren’t greeted at all. We waited about 5 mins for the lady at the front desk to finish up with customers. A lady inquiring about a membership walked up to the desk as she finished up the other customers and instead of telling the lady that my boyfriend and I had been patiently waiting she decided to help her. Which was extremely rude. My boyfriend & I decided to give ourselves a tour since the staff was too busy… as we were leaving, the front desk employee told everyone bye except us. Didn’t even ask us if we had questions. Made me question if she just didn’t like black people. I was really interested in a membership but there was not one employee in the whole building that said a word to us. Which didn’t give us a warm welcoming feeling at all. I’m extremely disappointed in this gym."
"Excellent instructors and complex with more than 20 Olympic pools to either learn, relearn the craft, or learn water sports within the outside pools or inside pools with many instructors and lifeguards. Payments are all related to each individual class and instructors. I highly recommend this complex. Clermont residents will have better discounts."
