"Been training here for almost two years now and I love it!! The staff are great and truly care about the students. The atmosphere is open and friendly. You'll never be asked to do more than you can but you will be challenged to push yourself. The curriculum is more than just kicking and punching. Don't get me wrong the physical aspect is great but if all you do is exercise you'll never get lasting change. I've lost over 40lbs since I started and I've kept it off. Learning how to change my habits, how to change how I think have played a huge role and the school has been there step by step helping me make those changes."

"Went there to let my son try it out because he has talked about wanting to do it for about a year now. This was his very first experience with Karate. It was during the afternoon after school program, which I stayed and watched. I watched a tall instructor yell across the room at a boy (about 8 years old) because he would not get up and into his place on the mat. The instructor then went up to the boy snatched him up from the floor and screamed in his face saying "What do you think you're doing!?" and took him to the other end of the wall where the kid sat and cried. The instructor continued to yell at different kids by name for different reasons. Another little boy was standing in the place he was supposed to be but his shoulders were not facing the front wall square. The instructor went to him, forcefully grabbed his shoulders and with a twisting quick jerk made the child face forward. It was awful to watch. My son was a few kids away and he turned to look at me. We didn't even make it 20 minutes into class and he and I had to leave. I would never leave my son there. I was shocked!! The two other instructors seemed more accommodating to children."

"This school is amazing . Instructor Nelson and his staff are friendly and really know martial arts. But that is not all. They know how to bring out the very best in the students they train. The after school is a great option my kids get picked up from school help with homework and then do class by time we are done with work all we have to do is pick up our child and go home eat dinner spend time together. This school is amazing I can't say enough good things about them."

The Supershow was an amazing experience that allowed our son to feel like a champion. The team competition fostered a real sense of belonging. Highly recommend this school."
