"I completed two rounds of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group with Gatewell Therapy. The Group was facilitated by Dr. Stacey Rosenfeld and Thaimi Fina who were amazing! Throughout the group I noticed a lot of improvement in my ability to use skills to help in crisis situations and to help me with emotion regulation. I find myself now incorporating skills into my routine on a daily basis. The Group has definitely made a big difference in all aspects of my life.
