"Horrible maintenance takes forever to fix something but they will post an eviction notice almost immediately after you don’t pay!"

"Roach infested, nothing gets fixed, will post a 30 days notice on your door when last months rent was included in the leasing agreement and threaten eviction even when you are in the process of getting into a new place. They try to get you out as soon as possible so they can do a horrible job at cleaning these apartments before they move the new tenants in your place + the place above/across from you so they can throw the whool over the new tenants eyes. This place sucks, do not move here. Stay as far as way as possible."

"DO NOT LEASE unit 37. This apartment complex does not clean units prior to leasing them. Unit 37 is infested with roaches. The air conditioning unit is old, smells , is over charged. Electric bills are super expensive. Maintenance constantly half fix things. The immediate property manager is bring micro managed by Jareen. The unit is dated, cabinets are falling apart, unit has a odor, ac ducts has green mold , animal feces are all over the property."
