"I would say the only thing that stands out about my recent stay is the front seat girl a lazy and not accommodating or helpful. She almost acts as thought they are too busy for customers but I was the only customer in the entire place at the time of checking in. If I hadn't had reservations and was tired I would have gone next door to the adjoining hotel or probably looked closer for another one"
"I booked this hotel for a business trip. I found out a couple of days before that we were staying at a different hotel. I canceled my booking per their cancelation process I was to be charged for one day, they charged me for my entire stay and refused to issue me my refund. They proceeded to create fake information in order to keep my $459.44 to submit to the booking site I booked through. I am currently in the process of suing as I have all the information, even confirmation from the booking site of my cancellation and the policy."
"Place seem great until we the next morning when get woke up to this text telling us we have to go because of our emotional support animal, which we had called and especially asked about, two weeks before we booked with them. We were told is was okay. Once we arrived the from desk clerk to our paperwork no problem. I guess the big cheese didn't like it and decided to kick us out. Mostly sorry for my 5 year old who's first trip to Legoland will have to be postponed because now we have to go look for another hotel and check in is until 12pm. Great service there holiday inn."
"Really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly! Made us feel very welcomed! Loved the receptionist and how she made my son feel extra special on his birthday!❤️ Only thing I disliked was that breakfast was not included but if an adult payed for breakfast your kid would eat for free!"
"This hotel staff is exceptional. This is my second time staying here. We are typically a large group for my sons basketball team. This time we decided to have dinner at the restaurant lobby. We were about a group of 25 including lots of 9 and 10 year olds. Amber along with the hotel staff did a remarkable job hosting us with no notice. The food was 5 stars. We were extremely thankful for the hospitality and the amazing food was icing on the top. GREAT EXPERIENCE! PS: HOTEL ALSO GETS 5 stars for their cleanliness."
