Payment per player can be made through the "Soccer Connection" app or alternative payment apps. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. On-site activities require credit card payments only, with social distancing and mask wearing enforced. Players are encouraged to stay in their vehicles until their rental time, and proper disinfection measures are taken between groups. Equipment such as gloves and masks are provided for staff, and balls are disinfected before and after each use. Bibs are not provided, but can be purchased at the cash register. Personal items cannot be stored at the cash register area. Failure to comply with safety measures may result in a temporary ban from the facility. These rules are in place for the safety of staff and customers.
