"I usually go by referrals, but when my washer stopped working I researched online the best company in my area and found 1A Appliance Service. 1A had good reviews so I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day within 2 hours of my call! I had an excellent repairman who explained everything to me and was quick. Although I was not able to resolve my issue the same day that my machine was worked on, the manager, Mr. Derrick, sent back out the same repairman the next day, and he resolved the issue within an hour. They are EXCELLENT when it comes to customer service in your home and returning phone calls. Thank you to my repairman and Mr. Derrick in the office. I'm very pleased with the job AND my clean clothes!!!"
