"Is ZERO stars an option? Worst place ever. The people working this location are beyond incompetent and don't deserve a place in the service industry. Very ghetto too. The management is on the same level. Location was dirty, out of so many items, and obviously provide no operational and management oversight. Ending up leaving without half our order after 20 minutes. What an insult to the Wendy's name. Shut this location down or fire everyone!!!!!"
"Called in to see if they could drop granola bars. She told me they only drop 6 a day and it’s first come first serve and that they have 2 left. When I got there I ordered biscuit sandwiches for my kids. They said it will be a couple minutes for the biscuit. After waiting 15 minutes we backed up through the drive through and the lady once again said it just came up and she’s going to bring it out. 10 minutes later they finally brought it out. This place has horrible customer service!"
"Absolutely the worst franchise I have ever been in manager was terrible.After being there over an hour for an item advertised to be on app. SHE finally said she didn’t know anything about the app. I waited 20 minutes first staff was running around crazy gave benefit of doubt they were short handed. Finally a nice young man tried to help me since I couldn’t get app to work. Also a young women tried. Another 20 minutes before I was acknowledged by manager, who walked away saying I needed to use app. Employees kept trying to help and calling her to help. Finally, she walked over because her daughter was waiting for her to leave and said. I don’t know how to do this and made it sound like it was my fault. 1.5 hours to be ridiculed. I flipped out. Went next store they said they have been hearing stories and gave me 20% off. TERRIBLE NON CARING WILL NEVER GO BACK OR GO TO WENDYS AGAIN"
"Completely unprofessional. I understand it's a fast food place. But try to take some pride in your service. If we didn't have an almost 2 hour drive home. We would have just walked out."
