"The manager is a joke stoled my 300 deposit....she is crooked stay at the other Blue Green....she is a joke .....while I was standing in the office a worker stormed out and cussed all of them out just like I did ....SHE IS A JOKE!!!! NEVER STAY HERE"
"Great room and veiw. Pool was great hot tub was too hot 115 and chlorine was really high. Rooms could have a little more things, coffee popcorn cleaner 2 rolls paper towels etc"
"We have had a condo here for over 30 years. They have never let us down! Beautiful views, great service, friendly atmosphere make you feel at home away from home! Always a great experience!"
"I’ve stayed here every year for a week during the summer and never had an issue until this year. A normal stay until we got home, I noticed they charged me for the $300 security deposit, weird but ok I’ll just call. A guy answers I explain he says he’ll have the manager call me, no worries. It’s been 8 hours later and nothing so I call again. I explain the situation to the lady who answered and she says that they saw a dog in our room and we left behind dog treats. Weird, neither of those things are true, so not sure where they got that information. They could’ve checked the cameras and seen we didn’t have a dog, so I ask if she’s sure she has the right rooms, date, etc. She says yes. After two days of going back and forth and them not ONCE calling me back, I finally got my money back. There was still no call back even to say sorry we stole your money. If there was a zero star rating I would’ve given it.."
"Have been coming to Ocean Towers now since I was 2yrs old and I am now 38. It has become a family event that I have now passed onto my kids and family too! Absolutely beautiful beaches and tons of places to eat and things to do! It is like a 2nd home for us now every year we come! The staff has watched my brother and I grow up and it will forever be a favorite past time coming here!"
