"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Oats 305! Super clean, easy to get in/out. Party of two but the condo was very spacious and could easily fit larger parties. We loved that the beach service with chairs and umbrella was included."

"We loved our stay at condo 202!! The place was CLEAN, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The very quick walk from the room to the pool to the beach kept our energy up. The beach service was THE BEST. We've never had beach service before, and now I never want to go without it! The kitchen was fully stocked with any kind of cooking items you need. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, detergent to wash things. We've been going on vacation with our friends for the past few years. This the best beach + accommodations we've had so far. We plan on returning."

"Reserving and communicating was easy and user friendly. They always stayed one step ahead on communication. Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. I didn't pay attention to the pictures while reserving, but the condo owner was from close to our hometown: Lexington/Cincinnati area; we are from the Louisville area. The "crowded" beach days were no where close to the crowds at Pensacola and Navarre (pictures from FB). I loved the military planes flyong over occasionally; reminded me of Thunder over Louisville. We had no issues during our stay. Would stay again, and would visit this beach again--and would surely take advantage of the pontoon rental they offer."
