"This was the perfect condo for us! The location was great, and the view was amazing. The condo complex was easy to get to, and even thought the unit we were in (Islander 5006) was right off the elevator, we never heard any extra noise. My husband accidentally left his Traveling Quilt (handmade by his mom) behind. We contact Brooks and Shorey once we got home; they were able to locate the quilt through housing and shipped it to us. GREAT customer service, and we will definitely be staying here again!"

"Super cute condominium. The parking garage was having some issues, so we weren’t able to use our reserved parking, but there was plenty of free parking. Condo was nice and check in process was very easy. The condo we stayed at (Pelican Isle) was in a great location. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend."

"When we arrived both screen doors were off, crumbs were still on the nightstand by the bed, when looking at the counter top it looks like it has been wiped down (I think it's stained), l looked for extra linens and their was none. I did call and left a message at the office the next morning. Maintenance came and fixed the screen doors and housekeeping brought the extra linens. Location was great, building was nice. Our room the couch was not comfortable and the bed was hard. I have never stayed at a place to have to buy our on hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen sink soap. It was our wedding/honeymoon week. We were a little disappointed and won't be back."

"Stayed in condo 301 "Seas the Day" 9/22-9/30. Absolutely loved it! Brooks & Shorey made reserving this condo easy. The balcony had plenty of seating for our group of 5, perfect for morning coffee & evening views of the magnificent sunsets. Living room was relaxing & comfortable with plenty of seating for all. Dining room & counter bar was perfect for eating & playing games. Kitchen was very well stocked. 3bed rooms each with their own bathroom were wonderfully sized perfect for private quiet time. Definitely will stay here for my next trip to Florida."

"5th year in a row staying at a Brooks and Shorey property. This year we stayed at Gulf Dunes 315. It was perfect!! Beautiful Beach view from our balcony! Gorgeous Condo! Updated furniture and appliances. Great walk in shower in Master Suite!! Beach was incredible with Chairs and an umbrella set up each day for us. Pool was just as Amazing! Very kid friendly as well for our two boys! Sent an email to Brooks and Shorey twice for minor issues and they were fast to respond and fix the issue, even on a Sunday!! We will always stay with Brooks and Shorey and look forward to our stay next year!!! If I could give 6 Stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
