"Nicole has been so amazing to work with! After a 26 hour labor, 3 hours of pushing and a c-section, I was in serious need of some help with my pelvic floor. Nicole has tailored exercises for me to do to ensure I am healing and not hurting my pelvic floor. We have also worked on scar mobilization to ensure my C-section scar doesn’t cause me pain in the future. I would recommend Nicole for all your pelvic floor needs as she really listens to what you are experiencing and helps develop a plan to ensure you heal properly."
