"since i didn’t make an appointment, i came in pretty early to make one on their ipad. since it wasn’t for a few hours though, i opted for the “wait elsewhere” option, and left. i came back early, checked-in online to wait in the waiting room. since my name hadn’t popped up on the screen, i asked a lady about it. instead of asking for a name, she asked how long i’d been waiting. telling me since she personally hadn’t see me all morning, that i must’ve not been waiting that long—and that i must be at the wrong location. im not sure if their system didn’t update or what, but i wasn’t the only one in the room that had that issue. she finally asked for our names, and with that, quickly found our info and sent us back. after having a stressful health week, it didn’t feel good leaving like we were some nuisance. my phlebotomist was great, but the service was less than. showing grace doesn’t go unnoticed-you have no idea what the people you see are going through."

"This review is for DeeDee. She was my angel today. I always end up fainting when I get blood work so, I was worried when I saw it would be 15 vials. I thought I’d have to split up the tests and come back. She assured me we could try to get as many done as possible, and I can let her know if we need to stop. She let me get comfortable and I was able to get all the testing done in one go! She talked to me the whole time to distract me. Thank you!"

"Michelle is *amazing* to put it simply! The electronic order didn't come in for whatever reason and I left my paperwork at home like a doof. She was so patient while I tracked it down and then she had to put it all in manually. And then had to hunt for my tiny veins. She found it and got what was needed and was laughing with me through it all - she's the best!"

"Love this office. I’ve been here a few times for lab tests and a yearly wellness screening through my employer. Both times I checked in very quickly (computer only; no receptionist) and was seated for maybe three minutes before being called in. The office itself is fairly small but clean and the staff/technicians have been friendly and professional through my experiences."

"I scheduled online ahead of time and the check in was on a kiosk. I typed in my confirmation number and I was able to check in. The lobby was very clean and it was set up for social distancing, they had hand sanitizer available and all personnel wore masks and gloves. I had very little wait time and Kimberly and Erika were professional and friendly. This will be my preferred location for labs in the future."
