"I love the place!office staff and maintenance staff all great!grounds are beautiful clubhouse great and neighbors all quiet and freindly....just wish they can fix the ant problem around the pool,I know it's the bricks and florida weather but maybe a little help may fix the problem a bit.:)"

"The place was great; I had a lot of positive experiences. However, I’m now at a point where it’s past 60 days since vacating the apartment. I left in October ‘23, and it’s now the new year, 2024. I just keep getting the runaround from the front office regarding my security deposit. They confirmed and sent me documentation stating I was to receive my deposit minus a final water bill. The only reason I left is that my rent increased from about $1,700 to $2,100 between two renewals, and I didn’t care to find out what they would raise it to again—all for a 1:1. I’ll update this whenever I get my deposit back—if I ever do. Update: I physically went to the office and picked up my check. I wasn’t there for more than 10 minutes. However no one even notified me the check was available. Kind people. However It was not an overall pleasant experience having a run around experience."

"We lived here for over a year and had a horrible experience. There was a consistent pest problem to the point that my daughter would wake up with ant bites. The Managment denies issues you bring up (like dangerous radon levels). The only reason this place has decent reviews online is because those who had the worst of experiences were given an option to sign an NDA in return for not being penalized $$ for breaking their lease."

"I have lived at Atlantico at Tuscany in a three bedroom townhouse for 9 months now. I love loving here. The townhouse is very spacious and offers ample room and fabulous light. The neighbors are extremely friendly, and I have made many friends here. I enjoy walking my dog around the Atantico and Sienna lakes daily. The dog park is perfect for my mini golden doodle. Both the pools and the fitness rooms are excellent, and there is always plenty of available space for everyone. The maintenance staff is always available and extremely helpful and friendly. Atlantico at Tuscany is perfect for me! The staff is so helpful and friendly!!"

"We moved here for a month now and so far so good! We like everything here from our apartment, amenities, location and specially the staff. So impressed how place is well kept and where we at air feels so clean and fresh! We are so pleased we decided to stay here. Our kids love it and it’s so worth it for us. Totally recommend this place!"
