"Horrible Customer Service! Go Somewhere else. . My mother is 78 and traveled to Pensacola with her older brothers July 22-29. They rented a car in Pensacola. Upon return of the car my mother realized she left her IPAD in the car. (We tracked it to the Alamo Service center). She filled out the necessary paperwork to get her IPAD labeled as "Lost" and waited and waited for a response. After 2 days and the only response was a form email stating they had her "lost" request, I started making calls. Needless to say, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. After calls to numerous numbers and "messages" sent to the manager at the branch, I was finally told to call the escalation department. They informed me they saw the messages and requests in their system but their hands were tied. These people are not honest !"
