"I would love to say I remember the name of the man who towed us home last night.. I want to say Chris. I was literally stranded with a friend and having what seemed like the worst night ever, not only was I towed home but I laughed the entire time on the way home. He really made a bad situation feel like a friend came to get me. It was late at night/early morning and I was nervous about being around a stranger but he felt like a big brother coming to help."

"Warning don’t not ever use them or buy anything from them, I used them to tow my truck to the shop and it ended up being damaged while in there position the tow truck guy definitely damaged it, at 1st the driver tried to make it seem as if it was intact when he drop it off to the mechanic but picture showed my spoiler was on the back of my truck when it was picked up then once it was dropped off it was not there, so initially, he tried to make it seem like it was there but the mechanic it took pictures of soon as he got it, and the spoiler was missing, so I contacted the owner of the company who over talked me the entire time would barely let me get a word in, he’s a very rude person, but I had filed a complaint with the BBB and he responded with he will repair damages at a reasonable cost so I bring him the estimate today and he tells me he is not paying and is not responsible, my vehicle was damaged while in the possession of his company which holds you liable, but he wants to be unreasonable I feel like he’s trying to cover up because he knows his driver did damage to my property. I took it up to the Dodge dealership and they said that there was no way that the top of the spoiler just came off. They said that the wires had to be cut because it was a straight line going through the wires. He definitely damage my vehicle. Please do not ever ever ever ever use this company. For any reason or anything owner is such a jerk."

"My daughter had 2 flat tires so we called our insurance company to get it towed to the shop and geico sent Sam's Auto Center and their driver damaged my. The tow truck company is denying doing the damage but I have previous time stamped pics and a ring camera to prove that their driver damaged the car. The need to take responsibility for their actions and pay to fix my daughters car. They didn’t even offer an apology. If I could give negative stars I would."

"I've never had a tow truck respond as quick as they did! No Lie! Took great care of hooking my car to the tow truck to get it where it needed to go. Honestly, after this experience I won't be calling anyone else but them. Highly highly recommended!"
