"It was my first time renting a storage unit and Carla, brought me around to different spaces and advised me expertly. When a corporate billing issue arose after month 1 she went out of her way to contact corporate and kept me up to date on the developments, unlike the corporate side she was super helpful and also maintains the facility as if it were her own home. If any upper management is reading this, you have an excellent employee in Carla, that cares about the facility and the end clients!"
"I have had a unit at this Public Storage location for several months now and am impressed by the very clean facility and the Property Manager Carla. She was very knowledgeable when I was shopping for a storage unit. She asked me multiple questions regarding my storage needs and recommended the proper size unit that would work best for me. Since I rented my unit I have been back to the property multiple times and have seen Carla working inside the facility cleaning vacated units and hallways and the bathrooms. She always has a smile on her face and has remembered my a name during our interactions. Carla is an asset to Public Storage and is a great representative on the brand. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs because of the facility and outstanding Property Manager Carla!"
