Town Center Park is a charming 3-acre park located on the west side of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This park was once a 1-story shopping mall, but has since been transformed into a beautiful green space for the community to enjoy. The park features a playground for children to have fun, a fitness trail for visitors to stay active, and a gazebo for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. Much of the park is also dedicated to state-protected wetland area, making it a peaceful and natural oasis in the midst of the bustling city.

Senator Gwen Margolis Park is a beautiful 2.84-acre park located at 17815 North Bay Road in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This park offers a fenced-in leash-free dog area to the north, known as the Bone Zone, where dogs can roam freely. However, dogs must be on a leash until inside the designated area. Please note that dogs are not allowed in other areas of the park. The park was acquired with grant funding from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s “Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program.” It is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike to enjoy outdoor activities, picnics, and leisurely walks.
