"I will never come back here again. I’ve had chronic ear pain since March that is triggered when it gets wet and I’ve had many doctors look at it to no avail. I went in today because yesterday my ear got wet. Well the doctor tried to tell me it was TMJ which I already knew I had and I told him but it gets triggered when it’s wet. We go back and fourth because he isn’t hearing me and actually starts raising his voice and yelling. I told him raising his voice at me is not appropriate. I’m currently sitting in tears in the waiting room. If you want to be heard, don’t go here. 0 rating all around. Waste of money, time, and emotions."

"We are from out of town and needed an urgent care while on vacation. The whole staff here is super friendly- from checking in with the front desk staff, to being seen by the nurse (Ms. Lo) and physician (Mary Jean Middleton, FNP), our whole visit was wonderful and the staff seem to truly care about the patients. If I ever need an urgent care in the area in the future, will use them again!"

"I’d give zero stars if possible. Not only is the front desk staff incredibly rude, they were of zero help. While on our trip to Destin both my husband and son got sick and both were turned away on two separate occasions without even the slightest bit of help as to other locations we could try. First my husband was turned away bc they only had a pediatrician on staff that day, then two days later my son was turned away bc they didn’t have any openings left even though the parking lot was completely empty and no one else was in the waiting room. My guess they wanted to get home early on a Friday instead of actually helping people. Do yourself a favor and just go straight to Emerald Coast Urgent care. Super helpful, can check in online, front desk staff that seems to actually enjoy their jobs and want to help other. Also, notice they only reply publicly to the positive reviews. Assuming there is a reason for that."

"Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I guess it’s protocol for the front desk to have horrible attitudes and belittle you and speak to you like you are stupid when you ask genuine questions. Maybe the woman was just having a bad day, as was i because I’m sick as a dog. Despite all that, i still spoke to her with respect, which was not offered to me. When getting medical care you want a staff you can trust and be comfortable around. Not someone who rolls their eyes when they ask for you id. Please do better or get a job you like."

"My daughter came down with a double ear infection while on vacation. We picked White-Wilson Medical Center to seek treatment. Our experience was the best from the front desk staff, the nurse, to her Doctor. We were in and out within an hour. I am thankful for the fast and friendly care given to my little one!"
