"Got there before they opened at 8 to get a Covid test. Called the phone # they had on board out front. Spoke w/ central scheduling. I told them why I was there. They were to give my # to the office and when ready for me, they’d call. I waited 30 min. and called back only to be told no one was able to see urgent care today, sorry. Asked why no one told me when I called. Waste of time!"

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO Dr. RENO. If you wish to have an actual caring doctor who will listen to you, address all concerns, and explain himself thoroughly - take the drive to White-Wilson in FWB and see Dr Rigby. Dr. Reno has been a disappointment on several occasions, and you would have thought I would have learned my lesson prior to this last experience... but when you have a sick kid, you want the first available appt. Just save yourself the "nickel and dime'ing" you will get with Dr Reno, and go to a real doctor. I'm withdrawing my 3 children from White-wilson all together because of the terrible experience that Dr Reno and his clinic provided."

"We changed insurance in the middle of the year. White Wilson was not helpful at all. I brought them all of the insurance information and still was billed the full amount weeks later. We recently changed insurance again, we felled ahead to have all of the insurance figured. They told us they had to have an insurance card and could not just use the ID numbers (the numbers that they read off of an insurance card. They have consistently been unhelpful and rude."

"Great service! Being new to Destin, I was nervous to meet my new physician. I was greeted by the nurses and doctor and felt very welcomed. I had to ask my doctor a question a few days later and called; within two hours I had an answer from my doctor. So friendly! I will refer everyone to White-Wilson!"

"Doctor won't see you if you've ever been prescribed narcotic pain meds. Didn't even want to see him for that... just needed a check up on something entirely unrelated, nope... sorry! But Reno is good with the kids. Doesn't care about the adults."
