"Had a pediatric appointment with Dr. Reno and he was fantastic! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. So thankful for this team."
"Pamela Lee kept forgetting to schedule/order my test. Had to go to the pulmonologist three times for them to tell me that Pamela Lee forgot to submit the required approval so that I can get the test needed. Called to complain and speak to a higher up and they kept hanging up on me. People have work and can't be wasting time going to the Doctor to be told that they forgot about your test."
"Had a new patient appointment today with nurse practitioner, Pamela Lee. Appointment was scheduled for 10:45 and they ask you to be there 30 minutes early. Got there at 10:15. Just left office at 12pm on the dot after not being seen yet. Nurse was not very personable. Front desk ladies were a delight."
"Got a same day appointment in Medicare for a bad migraine. I got 16 minutes late to my appt because all this traffic on hwy 98 i live 50 minutes away. The receptionist was nice to check me in But minutes later the nurse Told her NO she needs to reschedule. They changed my appointment for 3.5 hours later and had to wait in lobby for all this hours with a really bad migraine. This is ridiculous!!!"
"I cannot stress enough how happy and thankful we are to the whole staff of White Wilson medical center in Destin, my young husband of 39 years old had a grand mal seizure that was so major he did not remember the last few years of our life. The scheduling staff got us in the next day after the er visit so thank you for that! First we saw Mira and RN Dixie Allen, they were both not only extremely nice but thorough, patient and comforting. Mira returned my phone calls with questions I had in following days and scheduled us quickly with dr Aubert, a neurologist that we are very happy with. They found an office working with our insurance for us and I’ll be forever grateful for it because to me it’s a black magic. Today after a month we had a follow up with Lucy and Dr. Harned, he was amazing and answered all the questions we had, was patient and understanding of me having many concerns about my husband’s health and I cannot be more thankful, we will always come back to White Wilson medical Center for future needs. By the way Dr Reno is our kids primary care provider and we have been very happy with him for years. You made our lives better and making my usband feel better!!! Lots of love! Edyta and Travis."
