"I had insurance through a different agent Allstate and then somehow got transferred to Peter McClure without any notice, written or otherwise, and now can't even get a hold of my old agents office or this one. I have been trying for two months to cancel my policy, so I did it on my own and got a different policy with a different carrier because of this mess. Rates go up every year but my agent can't even answer my phone calls or emails to try to change my policy to keep my premiums down. What a shame."
