"I was recommended to this clinic to see Dr. Bankusli. I waited a year to get in due to the recommendation. I live all the way in Spring Hill and when the day of my first appointment came it was cancelled and rescheduled. I then waited until my appointment today, and was told that they had to change my appointment to a later time today and also wouldn't be seeing the doctor' but his Practitioner, that turned into today is practice day so we wont be able to see you at your given appointment, which then turned into we never received your lab results which i faxed january 24th, which then turned to them sending me a link to a TeleDoc meeting (zoom consultation). The experience has been distasteful from the start. I cannot say the staff is rude, however, their scheduling is horrendous. I l missed work today in order to make it to my appointment and I am just disappointed as it seems people's time is not taken into consideration on their part. Although I like the doctor I will be going elsewhere."

"My husband and I were under the care of Dr Reid, and we liked her, but we had such a hard time getting in to her, she was always booked and so we were then handed off her APRN's and we never saw her again. If we are under your care and you are our doctor then I want to see you, I feel like we were just passed off. We don't go in very often, so it is not like we have high expectations just a desire to know that we are still under the care of our doctor. Then recently, I asked for a copy of a referral that was provided to me a few years ago, I needed it for insurance purposes for a medically needed surgery for breast reduction, but I could not financially afford to do it at that time. When I was reviewed it it said "breast pain" which did not by a long shot cover the things that I was dealing with. So I made a appointment, to go in and be seen so that I could detail all the heath issues that I am having and get a referral that detailed these issues for my insurance company and the surgeon. Once again, I was seen by a APRN and she assured me that all the things we discussed would be included in the new referral and be sent to the plastic surgeon, but that didn't happen. So my husband and I drove back to the office to get a print out ourselves and saw that the only change on the referral was that "breast pain" got replaced with "back pain" and it never got sent to the plastic surgeon. We then had to waited to see a nurse and she had the APRN fix the referral and I asked her for a print out so I could send it the plastic surgeon myself. I need to feel like I can trust my doctor and that she cares for my health and if she lets someone take over my care, I want to have a discussion about it. If I take time to come and express my concern to one of the people under you in your office and am told that something is going to be done that I want to trust that that it will be done, I should not have to go out of my way to make sure you did what you said you were going to do."

"Worst experience. Scheduled an annual physical, was seen for 5 minutes and received a bill which they refused to recode so that my insurance would cover it. This place does not care about your well-being and is doing whatever they can to make as much money as possible. The whole experience was uncomfortable - From my assigned personnel who was winking at me while telling me how great virtual appointments are to the nurse in my appointment leaving mid-appointment because she "forgot to take her meds" - Why is it that so much time has been invested into onboarding new patients, yet never once was I informed that in order for me to schedule my annual physical (which is what I called to request because it is covered 100% by insurance) they required that I first make an appointment to "become established" which is not covered by insurance. Instead, I received a bill weeks after my appointment for almost $200. I should also note, I wasn't even seen by a doctor. Absolutely disgusted by these unethical business practices. Although I was (apparently) just "getting established" they ordered a CT Scan and referred me to a neurologist because I reported I get headaches sometimes - SERIOUSLY?! Thank God I didn't follow through, because I later found out that these referrals were also not properly coded and would not have been covered by my insurance. Find yourself a facility who actually cares about your health rather than just pocketing as much money as possible."

"I don't understand the negative reviews. From scheduling, my primary care dr, (Elizabeth Nathan) to labs, and imaging, everything has been professional, friendly, caring, and on time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for any service. If you need an MRI, this is the place to go. The MRI professional/technician walks you through the entire process which really eases any anxiety that you may feel about having an MRI. She's amazing!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Diagnostic Clinic."

"I've been coming here for 10 years. I have never once had an on-time appointment. I was scheduled for a 3:40pm appt today and I arrived at 3:10 and checked in. The check in-kiosks have never worked for me so I checked in at the desk. I knew I wouldn't be called back at my time so I settled in and was called back at 4:40. At that time I was informed that there were 4 patients still ahead of me and they didn't even have a room for me to wait in as they were filled with other waiting patients. At about 30 mins for an appt I would have been waiting another two hours. I left as the doctor would have left for the day had I waited. I called out of work for this and another 2 hours would have made me late for my night job. What the heck? If you don't have enough staff allot more time for each appt and book fewer. Hire more physicians. Also, it took me three full months to get that appt. I'm pretty done with this place. It doesn't need to be said that our healthcare system is a total joke, but to expect someone to come in and wait 3 hours past their time is absolutely ridiculous. Why make an appointment at all?"
