"We had such an outstanding experience getting our nails done with Alvin! He is tremendously skilled and so professional. Customer satisfaction is Alvin’s priority and it’s clear he really cares about his customers and wants to make them happy. We happened upon this gem while vacationing, but we will be sure to come back next year when we’re back in town. I wish my salon at home was as good as Alvin, but looking forward to getting our nails done with him next year!"
"They advertise men’s hair cuts in their front window. I stopped by to set up an appointment and the blond woman at the desk seemed completely uninterested in helping, but took my number and said the barber would call to set up a time—after a week with no phone call, I called them and asked again if I could set up an appointment. This time I was given a time. On the said my appointment I arrived 5 minutes early and was told the barber had forgotten their sizers and had to run back home to get them. After waiting 40 minutes one of the women called the barber and said, “Your appointment is here waiting so come to the front to take him back to your area” so clearly the person was there. I waited another 20 minutes and no one talked to me or explained why I had waited for over an hour with no service! Finally, I got up and left. I would not recommend this rude, unfriendly business—they clearly do not want anyone’s business."
