"They are lucky they got a one star. I would have left zero stars. 30 minutes waiting and no hello, no I’ll be right there. Total disappointment. Save yourself time and money. Don’t go there! And I had an appointment! My day off, and I had to sit around and wait. They don’t value your time!"
"For the nails, the tech took forever to remove my powder, instead of soaking, she used a "magic remover" and scraped it off. No hand massage or lotion. For the toes it was supposed to be a spa pedicure, but there was nothing spa like about it, no massage chair, no massage at all. Not even lotion. End product looks nice, but the way there wasn't the best. Salon was freezing."
"The worst experience ever had. The place was so not relaxing. Not enough light to see. Using same utensils without disinfecting them before/after. I was sitting 3 hours and my nails looks horrible, I can’t wait to remove them. They didn’t clean the polish from my skin. My toes were not dry enough and they told I could go, as soon as I stepped out my nail toes were all full of nail polish. I had to remove. Waste of money and time. Not professional at all"
"I had a pedicure at Total Nails and Hair Academy this morning, and had a pretty good experience! The end result wasn't quite how my toes would look after a visit to a professional salon, but they turned out much better than I expected. This is obviously a "training school," so the pedicure was a bit slower than a professional salon. Also, the place is quite plain with just the basic amenities (no massage chairs while you get a pedicure, etc.). However, each of the staff members were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this business, and you can't beat the price! Also, I noticed Donna was applying highlights while I was there, and I could tell she knows what she is doing. Perhaps I will return for a hair appointment!"
