"I have been going to ideal image since 2017. I’m dark skin and I have very coarse hair that started growing on my chin area and upper lip. So embarrassing!!!! The results I’ve gotten over the years have been amazing. I completed my treatment years ago and now I just go for my touch up once a year. I highly recommend them."

"Unfortunately I had to delete my previous review which I wrote based on my experience when I started. Initially there were competent staff who took your concerns, questions and business very serious. Unfortunately I had two extremely bad experiences which caused my treatment to be delayed, they did very little to accommodate my schedule forcing me to travel to other locations where not only they had a gas leak but none there even knew anything about my treatments and previous issues. Bottom line is take your business and money elsewhere. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but this establishment took my money and didn’t provide the service they advertised."
"Definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their service is shocking, grossly overpriced compared to other places I have found since committing to their package. On 3 out of my 6 appointments, there has been a problem with my appointment. Either they have cancelled it an hour before my appointment, I arrive and the location is locked and no one there or they have mis-scheduled me. The only reason I still go for my appointments is because I have paid the package and I have failed to get a refund."
