We've been happy enough with their service to order a new AC unit through them. Again, the installation group was the definition of professional and we had no issues post-installation. Very professional, neat and friendly person. Bonus apparently I had an old service contract that had not expired, they reminded me of that and covered my issue under the contract. "Ryan came to my home to review my AC situation. I have used three previous companies spending a grand total of $490.00 to have very little is any resolution of locating root cause. One of those three charged me $240.00 to suck a clogged hose. Long story short, I wanted fresh eyes and I was referred to Veterans by a friend. From the first call to the final goodbye I felt my AC was in good hands and I was able to TRUST the process and the outcome. The technician, Ryan, located the system was low on coolant. He explained we needed to reach the sweet spot for proper cooling. He stayed over an hour to verify my system was up to par and producing the needed cooling air. It rained which slowed his progress, and he was professional and stuck with it until the job was to his satisfaction. I feel after using his services, I am best able to maintain a relationship with this company moving forward. The cost for the service call along with .5 lb of coolant was reasonable. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company because they take the job seriously with an end in sight."
